As I desire to become a member of WZO (Membership Type as shown below), I request you to submit this application to your Committee. I confirm that I am (a) person born into and confirmed into the Zoroastrian faith. (b) non-Zoroastrian spouse married to a Zoroastrian. (c) a child of marriage as described in (b) above. I note that the annual subscription for Ordinary membership is payable on the 1st of January in each year. In case of arrears, I understand that my membership will be terminated after 3 months of sending a reminder.
I agree to abide by the Memorandum and Articles and Rules and Regulations so long as I remain a member of the World Zoroastrian Organisation.
